At EL21 Systems, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver high-quality industrial automation and electronic products. Please review our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Products may be eligible for return only if:

• The product received is damaged during transit.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof when requesting a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Customized or specially manufactured products.
• Products damaged due to improper installation or misuse.
• Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized personnel.
• Products returned without original packaging and accessories.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
• Shipping and handling charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

In cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect deliveries, EL21 Systems may offer:

• Product replacement
• Repair service
• Credit note (where applicable)

The resolution method will be determined after product inspection.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect shipment.
• Products should be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

6. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled before production, processing, or shipment begins.
• Customized orders and special production orders cannot be canceled once manufacturing has started.

7. Limitation of Liability

EL21 Systems shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from product use, delays, or return-related issues.
